Bloody spammers ( Hanafos.com, hanaro.com and certcc.or.kr )

All the spam i get in my inbox i report to http://www.spamcop.net, when you report the spam they give you a report listing the networks the spam was transmitted from and the networks hosting the sites being advertised in the spam, and it allows you to send complaints to the owners of the networks regarding the spam.

Recently all the spam i am getting seems to be advertising sites hosted with the following companys certcc.or.kr , hanafos.com and hanaro.com . Something needs to be done. I dont know what, I dont know how, but somebody sort this lot out!

Yep. I get about the same thing. In extreme mass quantities. It's enough to make you wonder if you'd get in trouble for hacking their network to all hell and shutting them down...

Where is hanaro.com? Looks to be Japanese - so offshore - does spamcop do any good filing beefs with these guys? It doesn't seem to be stopping my spam.

No, its come from Korea.
Not Japan.
kornet.net hanaro.com is f*ckin' worst sites.
Their PostMaster never take any action to spammers.

They are SPAM heaven.

we manage a mid-siz ISP in the US and due to costs we dropped following ranges as of march 20th 2005. Customer must now request a specific static IP be allowed.

To bad it has to come to this, but the cost of allowing millions of spam is not worth it.

March 21st JD-Web - Repost By “Jacob Del Hagen http://www.techistry.com “

The Death Of e-mail caused by spammers. Over the last few years it has become apparent that simple spam filtering will no longer be efficient and the cost of spam is driving many ISP and account managers to take extreme action to reduce cost.

The solution is to start blocking large Net block of ISP or countries that will not or cannot control spam. The worst of these offenders come out of China and Korea. While these are extremely important countries the cost simply outweighs the benefit of leaving the network opens to these sectors.

The following is the last blocked list of Spammers IP I have.

Spam Still out of control due to overwhelming costs we have also dropped the following IPS for insane amounts of spam.

The little slopehead mongrels are at it all the time. I use Norton Security & it blocks them but they seem to always come back. I would like to wring their *^%$# necks :-)
